We are currently seeking a motivated and technically strong Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting business development activities, generating leads, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and coordinating with clients for structural steel and fabrication projects across the UAE.

This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in structural steel, steel fabrication, or construction-related sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel and fabrication projects
• Meet contractors, consultants, and project managers to promote company services
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for accurate costing
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate contract terms
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in structural steel / steel fabrication / construction sales
• Strong understanding of steel structures and fabrication processes (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications
• Immediate joining preferred
