Junior Sales Executive

About the Client:

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading multinational tech company based in Saudi Arabia that specializes in AI-powered point-of-sale (POS) solutions. The company enables businesses to grow by automating operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive smarter decision-making.

Role Description:

The Junior Sales Executive will provide essential support to the senior sales team, playing a key role in customer base expansion. This involves assisting with client identification and initial engagement through calls and presentations. The role focuses on supporting the full sales cycle, from prospect contact to deal closure, offering a prime opportunity to develop core sales and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the expansion and promotion of company products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential leads under the guidance of senior team members.
• Make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and follow up with customers to understand their needs.
• Engage with customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support in closing deals by coordinating with senior sales executives and team leaders.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Learn about the technical onboarding process, including API integrations and hardware setups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, POS, or technology-related industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and sales, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
