Junior Sales Executive ( Chat based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our sales team. As a Chat-Based Sales Executive, you will communicate with potential customers through Discord and Instagram, help them understand our products or services, and guide them toward making a purchase. No phone calls or prior sales experience required — full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

· Chat with potential customers on Discord and Instagram DMs in a polite and professional manner.

· Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.

· Maintain daily communication with new and existing leads.

· Answer basic questions about products, pricing, and offers.

· Keep records of chats, customer inquiries, and sales conversions.

· Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

· Learn and apply new sales strategies shared by the team lead.

Skills Required:

· Basic knowledge of Discord and Instagram (chatting, replying to messages, using hashtags, etc.).

· Good written English / communication skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Education & Experience:

· Education: Intermediate to Graduate .

· Experience: No prior experience required – training will be provided.

· Compensation

· Salary: 18k + Incentives / Commission.

· Attractive performance bonuses for achieving sales targets.
