Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive (eBooks) to join our digital publishing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh candidates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in international sales and eBook services. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential international clients via calls, chats, and emails.
• Assist in pitching eBook-related services and explaining offerings to clients.
• Follow up on leads and support senior sales executives in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Learn and apply sales techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal English communication is mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs, CRM tools).
• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work night shifts.
