Junior Sales Executive (FEMALE ONLY)

Gwadar Gymkhana is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support our membership sales team. The role focuses on engaging with company-generated leads, guiding them through the membership process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This is a full-time salaried role with opportunities to grow as you gain experience and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential members provided by the company.
• Explain membership benefits and features in a clear and friendly way.
• Keep records of calls, meetings, and customer feedback.
• Answer basic questions and forward complex concerns to senior staff.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Learn and improve sales skills through training and on-the-job experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Good communication in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, WhatsApp/CRM usage).
• Team player, reliable, and target-oriented.
