JUNIOR SALES & SERVICES ENGINEER (BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING)

Alpha Corporation is seeking a proactive and passionate Junior Sales & Services Engineer to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. You will drive new business, build strong client relationships, and deliver on sales targets in the medical equipment field. The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with approximately 30% travel across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry professionals.
• Conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Generate revenue by actively sourcing leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales to meet targets.
• Maintain organized records of visits, leads, and sales performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Travel across Pakistan (approximately 30% of time) for meetings and client visits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical sales or service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with an opportunity-driven approach.
• Confidence to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be a resident of Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
