Junior Sales Specialist - Account Growth (Dubai)

Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a driven Junior Account Manager to come and join our global business. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management and working with our Partners and our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will be accountable for building long term relationships and driving growth (up sell/cross sell) & retention/monetisation of the Fresha platform. What You Will Be Doing
  • KPIs - Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Upselling - Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue generated from existing accounts.
  • Engagement - Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships by attending online video meetings with your accounts.
  • Consistency - Administer a consistent contact strategy across your Portfolio to keep Partners engaged and reduce churn.

What We Are Looking For
  • Languages - Fluent in Arabic + English.
  • Commercial Growth - Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience - 1-2 years as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue generating account manager.
  • Motivation - Strong commercial motivation with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Initiative - Self starter and proactive approach.
  • Adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • SMB - Experience selling into SMB.
  • Communication - Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Planning Skills - Excellent time management.
  • Work Ethic - High work ethic.
  • Creative Thinking - Problem solving mindset.
Interview Process
  • Screen Call - Video call with a member from the Talent Team (30 min).
  • Skills & Experience - Video/In person interview with Hiring Manager (45 min).
  • Presentation - In person interview with Hiring Team (75 min).
