Junior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their careers who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Salesforce development. You will support the development, customization, and maintenance of solutions on the Salesforce platform under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and basic business logic
• Support the creation and customization of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages
• Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to help configure and enhance CRM functionalities
• Assist in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Support automation tasks using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Help manage data access and security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, etc.)
• Troubleshoot basic issues, fix bugs, and support feature enhancements
• Monitor system performance and assist in resolving errors or failures
• Collaborate with team members using tools like Jira for task tracking and updates
• Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, or Visualforce)
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud concepts
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic programming concepts
• Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) is a plus
• Exposure to Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Workflow Rules) is preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
