Junior Odoo Developer

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Developer to join our team and assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP applications . This role is ideal for a candidate with a basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework concepts who is eager to learn and grow in ERP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions.
• Work on backend development using Python and PostgreSQL.
• Customize views, forms, reports, and workflows in Odoo using XML and QWeb.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Assist in integrating Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Support database management, module updates, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional consultants to understand requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.
• Follow coding standards and best development practices
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP / OpenERP concepts.
• Basic understanding of PostgreSQL and database queries.
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Git / version control systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

• Internship or academic project experience in Odoo development.
• Familiarity with Odoo ORM, models, views, and workflows.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environment.
• Exposure to ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, CRM, or Accounting.
