Junior- Scrum Master

Job Description: Scrum Master

Location: Huntsville, AL

Position Type: Full-Time

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.
  • Guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team's progress toward team goals.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high-performing team, coordinate with other teams.
  • Support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and level of estimate activities, provide team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
  • Lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations.
  • Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility.

  • Experience in providing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
