Junior Service Engineer

We are Hiring _ Junior Service Engineer to join our company in _Muscat, OMAN.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that to own the document control lifecycle, ensuring all Operations documents are accurately tracked, processed, and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records in the designated document control storage system, ensuring ease of retrieval and audit readiness at all times.
  • Oversee the registration and renewal processes for company machinery and vehicles.
  • Manage and track third-party load test certificates, including insurance and renewal documentation.
  • Perform systematic filing and scanning of critical documentation, adhering to mission-critical standards and aligning with prioritized schedules.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining environmentally responsible practices in documentation management.

Duties:

  • Monitor and track inbound and outbound documents to ensure company-wide compliance and report status accordingly.
  • Receive, review and analyze documents before forwarding them to the appropriate department, division or branch, ensuring proper tracking.
  • Process documentation protocols, scan, circulate and report to the Line Manager as required.
  • Respond to user requests for documentation support and coordinate with relevant departments, divisions, or branches.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the department’s filing system to ensure it remains organized and up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, customers, suppliers, vendors and internal staff regarding all document-related matters.
  • Track pending documents and provide updates through weekly progress reports.
  • Monitor LPO expiry dates and cash advance payments from clients in coordination with the Finance Department and report daily to the Concern Manager.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree required, preference given to candidates with an Engineering Background.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot Table).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality regulation frameworks is preferred.

- Knowledge of equipment rental documentation processes is an advantage.

- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of staff, including both technical and non-technical personnel.

- Committed to quality standards with a strong eye for detail and environmental responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table): 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Required)
