Junior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join our fast-paced, self-managed delivery organization. In this role, you will work closely with IT consultants, delivery managers, QA teams, and cross-functional development squads to operate and continuously improve enterprise-grade data platforms for regional and global clients.

Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh or United Arab Emirates, Dubai

What will you do?

• Develop innovative solutions and gain hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions and custom applications for adesso clients across banking, retail, and manufacturing.
• Build customer-specific applications on ServiceNow.
• Integrate external systems using Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and other web services .
• Work closely with senior consultants to understand technical solution design .
• Support project implementations across ServiceNow modules.
• Learn to map real-world customer processes in ITSM, CSM, and FSM .
• Participate in client workshops and meetings .
• Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements .
• Contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow@adesso GCC Competence Center through collaboration and cross-project learning.

What are we looking for?

• University degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of relevant ServiceNow experience, or a strong interest in ServiceNow.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a plus. Strong willingness to learn and get certified is highly valued.
• Strong passion for software development with foundational knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern web standards.
• Knowledge of solution and interface design, and familiarity with AI, ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Motivated, reliable team player eager to grow in software development and technical consulting.
• Foundational knowledge of project methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models.
• Excellent English communication skills required; Arabic communication skills strongly preferred.
