Junior Site Engineer – (Construction Field)

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Building Construction / Civil Project Execution.
• Knowledge of site supervision, material management, and quality control.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Note :

• Food and accommodation will be confirmed after the technical round is completed.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Site Supervision & Execution

• ·Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and maintain construction quality standards.
• Support the Project Engineer in day-to-day site operations

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Contractors, and Labour to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly work plans based on project schedules.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for site inspections and approvals.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure that all site activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship before and after execution.
• Report non-conformities or safety issues to the Site/Project Manager.

Material & Resource Management

• Check availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Verify material deliveries and maintain stock records.
• Raise material requisitions as per project requirements

Measurement & Documentation

• Record daily site activities, labor reports, and material consumption details.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and supporting documentation for billing and progress claims.
• Maintain as-built drawings and site records.

Technical Assistance

• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical support to the execution team.
• Assist in solving site-level technical and design-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and standards.

Progress Monitoring

• Track project milestones and update progress reports regularly.
• Highlight any delays or obstructions to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Participate in site review meetings and report project status.

Team Support & Learning

• Work under the guidance of Senior Engineers and gain hands-on experience in project execution.
• Learn and apply new construction techniques, safety practices, and project management tools.
• Support other departments like QA/QC, Planning, and Safety as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
