Junior Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (Civil & Finishing Works)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Site Resource to support the execution of civil and finishing works at our project sites in Lahore. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate (Civil Engineering) or a DAE (Civil) with 4–5 years of practical site experience.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling on-site coordination, supervision, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in execution of civil structure and finishing works (plaster, flooring, paint, etc.)
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling at site
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Identify and report site issues and support in resolving them
• Assist senior engineers/project managers in project execution

Competencies:

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of finishing standards and materials
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Option 1: Fresh Graduate in Civil Engineering (BSc/BE)
• Option 2: DAE (Civil) with 4–5 years of relevant site experience
• Prior experience in finishing works will be an advantage
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Lahore

Preferred:

• Exposure to residential, commercial, or mall projects
• Understanding of quality control procedures
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (optional)
