Junior Socail Media Marketer

We are hiring a Junior Social Media Marketer to support our digital marketing and social media team. This role is ideal for a candidate with more than 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Digital Marketing (DMM). The candidate will focus on execution, optimization, and performance support rather than team management, while working onsite during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media posting and scheduling across platforms
• Assist in implementing social media and digital marketing strategies
• Write engaging captions and manage hashtags
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and inbox messages
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
• Support paid social media campaigns and post boosting
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Research trends, competitors, and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Practical knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic ad management
• Understanding of content planning, targeting, and analytics
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite during night shift

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with international brands or clients
• Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO or performance marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
