The Role:
The Center of Morton’s Neuroma is seeking a creative, organized, and trend-aware Junior Social Media Content Manager to join our team. This is a perfect freelance role for someone who excels at turning medical expertise into digestible, engaging social content. You will own the weekly workflow, from conceptualizing SEO-driven ideas to ensuring our presence stays ahead of platform trends.
Responsibilities:
- Content Planning: Develop and manage a weekly content calendar/modules that prioritize SEO and audience intent.
- Production: Lead one weekly 1-2 hour filming session to capture raw assets for our editing team. 1-2 static infographics a month.
- Optimization: Monitor cross-platform reach and engagement, pivoting tactics based on the latest social "ebb and flow" and algorithm shifts.
- Publishing: Oversee the scheduling and posting of all weekly content.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides for presentations, Drive for asset management).
- Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Vista Social).
- A sharp eye for social trends and a basic understanding of Social SEO.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with basic mobile video editing.
