Junior Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about managing brand presence across social platforms, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and videos.
• Support the planning and execution of paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Research social trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
• Contribute fresh ideas for client campaigns and social content calendars.

Requirements:

• 0.6 to 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of all major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and social analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
• Experience in influencer marketing or social media reporting.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Work Mode: On-site | Vashi, Navi Mumbai
