Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to assist in managing and growing our social media presence. The role involves content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking to help strengthen our brand’s online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop engaging content (text, images, videos, and reels) aligned with brand guidelines
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign results
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable)
• Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
• Creative mindset and ability to work under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
