Junior Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, creative, and dedicated Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content, and digital trends. The role requires flexibility to work across both Canada and Pakistan working hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin)
• Create engaging captions, post ideas, and basic content concepts.
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content formats
• Respond to messages, comments, and audience engagement when required
• Manage the creative design team (graphic designers and video editor) for post planning
• Support in planning campaigns, launches, and Collaborations and promotions
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual identity

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Smart, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours (Canada & Pakistan time coordination)
• Able to handle multiple pages
• Comfortable with hybrid work setup (mostly remote, occasional office visits)
• Looking for a long-term role and growth within the company

Experience:

• Not much experience required, but basic social media knowledge is essential
• Fresh candidates with strong understanding of Instagram and digital trends are encouraged to apply
