Junior Social Media Marketing Associate in Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer identification & relationship management:
• Identify and connect with influencers aligned with Amrutam’s values in Ayurveda, wellness, and conscious living.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and long-term relationship building with creators and influencer agencies.
• Develop tried collaboration strategies for nano, micro, and macro influencers.
• Maintain an updated influencer database and coordinate regular engagement initiatives.
• Campaign planning & execution:
• Support in planning, executing, and putting out influencer campaigns for product launches, festive periods, and brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with influencers to create and put out authentic, high-quality content (reels, stories, YouTube, blogs).
• Ensure timely content approvals, compliance with brand guidelines, and on-schedule campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, content, and performance) to align influencer efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Performance tracking & reporting:
• Track and measure campaign performance based on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain performance dashboards and campaign reports for analysis and optimization.
• Identify top-performing influencers for potential ambassador or recurring campaigns.
• Community & advocacy building:
• Help foster a community of creators who organically advocate for Amrutam.
• Support in building referral, affiliate, and ambassador programs.
• Work with PR and partnerships teams to enhance influencer campaign visibility.
