Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Junior Social Media Moderator will support daily social media activities, ensuring smooth platform operations, timely responses, and consistent engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Freezoner’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex queries or issues to the relevant teams
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content according to the content calendar
• Track basic engagement metrics and report any unusual trends or activity
• Ensure all interactions align with brand tone and guidelines
• Stay updated on basic platform features and community guidelines

Technical Skills Required

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of content scheduling tools
• Ability to follow reporting templates and track engagement
• General awareness of social media trends
