The Division:
Secure Connect is a modern healthcare clearinghouse and revenue connectivity platform that unifies claims, eligibility, and ERA into a single, flexible workflow. We help practices, billing companies, and health tech vendors, since 1998, move from fragmented processes to a clean-claim, firstpass model that cuts denials, accelerates cash, and reduces staff burden.

The Position:
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer – Web to join one of our R&D teams. The selected candidates will work out of the Contour Software Lahore resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 2+ years of NodeJS/React JavaScript experience
  • UI development expertise
  • Demonstrated understanding of OOP and programming best practices
  • Experience with software requirements specifications, and strong interpretative skills to understand design requirements
  • Experience developing software in a team environment.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written, that includes ability to communicate with internal and external people as changes occur in tasks assigned
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Oracle Database experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements; identify product impact and possible implementation options and recommend the solution that best suits the needs of the customers and Harris Phoenix Group (HPG).
  • Create and maintain application code that meets design specifications, follows HPG standards, and is easy to maintain.
  • Perform code review for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance with the requirements.
  • Provide Level 3 support for our applications.
  • Ability to estimate work as requested.
  • Work within deadlines in relation to product release timelines, and consistently complete assigned development tasks in required timeframes.
  • Fulfill administrative reporting requirements.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with unit/integration/automation testing
  • Agile practices knowledge
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems
  • Experience with Azure/Docker
