Junior Software Developer (Fresh Graduate – AI / ML)

Job Overview

This is a full‑time Onsite position based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore , offering stable working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM , Monday to Friday, ideal for professionals seeking long‑term growth in an office‑based environment.

We are looking for a motivated and high‑potential Junior Software Developer who is a fresh graduate from a reputable university such as FAST, NUST, or equivalent . This role is ideal for candidates who have strong programming fundamentals and basic knowledge or academic exposure to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning .

You will work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands‑on industry exposure, and grow your career in a structured development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
• Write clean, well‑structured, and efficient code under guidance of senior developers
• Support implementation of basic AI / Machine Learning concepts into applications where required
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and workflows
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Learn and apply best software development practices
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously improve technical skills
  
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduate from a reputable university (FAST, NUST, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to Machine Learning / AI concepts
• Familiarity with:
• Data structures and algorithms
• Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
  
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  
  

Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Academic projects related to AI, ML, or data analysis
• Basic knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
