Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our
Development Team. In this role, you will work on real-world projects, contributing to
feature development, system enhancements, and bug fixes, while learning best
practices from senior engineers.
This position bridges the gap between junior and mid-level responsibilities: you will
be coding independently, participating in design discussions, and collaborating
across teams, while still receiving guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
●Assist in developing and maintaining modules, features, and enhancements
●Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
●Support bug fixing and issue resolution in development and staging
environments
●Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and
coding standards
●Participate in code reviews and implement feedback
●Help in testing features and validating fixes before deployment
●Work with databases for basic queries, updates, and data validation
●Follow SDLC processes, version control, and deployment guidelines
●Coordinate with QA and support teams to resolve reported issues
Required Skills & Qualifications











●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
●Basic understanding of fundamental programming concepts
●Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
●Experience or familiarity with:
○C# / .NET / .NET Core (or relevant backend stack)
○HTML, CSS, JavaScript
○SQL / relational databases
●Understanding of REST APIs
●Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
●Strong willingness to learn and adapt
●Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
●Basic knowledge of React / Angular / Vue
●Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
●Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
●Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
