Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. You will be responsible for manually testing complex ERP modules like Finance, HRM, Inventory, Procurement, and CRM, ensuring they work smoothly and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand ERP system workflows, business processes, and client requirements.
• Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on functional specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across different ERP modules.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
• Validate reports, data integrity, and system behavior through database testing (basic SQL queries).
• Perform end-to-end testing, covering workflows across multiple ERP modules.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain clear testing documentation (test cases, bug reports, test results).

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the ERP domain.
• Strong experience in manual testing — writing test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting bugs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
