Junior. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About Us

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who wants hands-on experience, exposure to modern testing practices (including AI-based products), and the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and exploratory test cases for web-based applications, including AI-enabled features.
• Perform UI and overall functionality testing to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, clearly assigning issues to front-end or back-end developers as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, validate, and resolve reported issues.
• Perform API testing to validate data accuracy, integrations, and system behavior.
• Participate in QA discussions, daily stand-ups, and provide clear feedback on product quality.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 yrs of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Experience or exposure to AI-based or data-driven projects (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of API testing (using tools such as Postman or similar).
• Strong understanding of UI testing and end-to-end functionality testing.
• Ability to analyze issues and correctly identify whether they relate to front-end or back-end systems.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
