About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all outlets. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to maintain high standards of food production and presentation.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Oversee preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality across all sections.
• Foster a positive and professional team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP compliance).
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen team members.
• Support the leadership team in maintaining food cost, waste control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4–6 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.
