We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and maintaining high food quality standards. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef are preferred.

Locations: KSA, Riyadh

Salary: SAR 7,000 –Accommodation and Transportation provided

Contract -2 years

Ticket - 24 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes following the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
  • Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency, taste, and presentation.
  • Assist in menu creation, costing, and seasonal updates.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Participate in food tastings and assist during special events or promotions.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a Mediterranean or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Mediterranean cuisine (Lebanese, Greek, Turkish, etc.).
  • Excellent culinary, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Based in Riyadh (preferred) for interview and food tasting.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for creativity and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 per month
