Kitchen demi-chef

Our client, a healthy food company, with numerous restaurant branches, central kitchen and catering business, is expanding their culinary operations and looking for talented demi-chefs to join their dynamic kitchen team:

Experience 2-4 years

Education: Diploma / Bachelor

Salary: 2,000 – 2,500 SAR +accommodation

Role: Assistant to the Chef.

Level: Junior to mid-level role — between Commis (junior cook) and Chef.

Responsibilities:

Helps with preparation and cooking in a specific section.

Follows recipes and instructions from the Chef.

Assists in training and supervising Commis.

Steps in for the Chef when needed (for example, during breaks or off-days).

Experience in health food industry is preferred.
