Role Overview – Junior Structure Supervision Engineer | Site-Based Construction Oversight

We are seeking a motivated Junior Structure Supervision Engineer to support structural site supervision activities across active construction projects.

You will play a key role in monitoring structural works, assisting in quality control processes, and ensuring alignment between construction execution and approved engineering documentation.

This position offers strong hands-on exposure to real project delivery within a professional consultancy environment.

Main Responsibilities – Site Supervision & Structural Quality Control

• Support supervision of structural works including reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural installations.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.

• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Conduct site inspections and document progress, observations, and technical issues.

• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve construction-related challenges.

• Support quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Assist senior engineers in technical reporting and site documentation.

What You Bring – Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

• 0–2 years of experience in construction or site supervision (internship experience is a plus).

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.

• Basic understanding of reinforced concrete construction and site procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to develop practical site expertise.

• Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary site teams.
