Job Purpose:
Supporting the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and providing technical solutions.
Main job duties and responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, specifications, and technical documents.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Provide technical support and solutions to construction teams on-site.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Address technical issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during construction.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects changes and modifications.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure adherence to technical standards and project specifications.

Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.

Identify and address any non-compliance issues promptly.

Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets and cost estimates.

Monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Prepare and review bills of quantities and invoices for accuracy.

Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree in civil - Architectural engineering.

1-4 years of experience in a technical office role.
