• Implement security measures and respond to incidents.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Handle IT assets, procurement, and software licensing.
• Maintain documentation and communicate key updates.
• Generate performance reports and identify potential issues.
