Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Independently source, screen, and recruit candidates for open IT roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting listings to interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and make offers to selected candidates.

Onboarding

  • Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and access to get started remotely.
  • Conduct virtual orientations and ensure smooth integration into teams.
  • Collect and maintain all required documentation (contracts, ID, tax forms).

Employee Progress & Performance Monitoring

  • Track employee progress through regular reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly work updates and task completion.

Attendance Management

  • Monitor remote employee attendance, work hours, and time-off requests.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Employee Support & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Assist remote employees with onboarding, tools, policies, and concerns.

Contract length: 3 months
