About Us:

ABS International is a well-established US-based company with 16 years of excellence. We are expanding our in-house HR team and looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive who is eager to learn and grow in corporate recruitment.

Job Details:

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for sales and support roles
• Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms
• Shortlist resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and senior recruiters
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
• Support senior recruiters with daily hiring activities

Requirements:

• 0–1 year experience in recruitment, HR, or BPO (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• Good English communication skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups is a plus)
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts
• Motivated, organized, and willing to learn
