Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Executive for a temporary 3-month assignment to assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. You will support the recruitment process and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Maintain recruitment records and trackers
  • Assist with onboarding and HR documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of HR/recruitment experience (freshers welcome)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
