Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts across various departments including engineering, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company website
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives and job fairs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
- Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (real estate industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
