Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting → onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media & referrals.
  • Conduct screening calls & interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate offers & ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year experience (Fresh grads most welcome).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized, fast learner.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies (especially sales roles).
