About the Role

PNC Architects part of Sobha Realty is seeking a Junior Technical Architect to join its Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will support detailed technical drawing development, coordinate with site and MEP teams, and ensure adherence to design, quality, and compliance standards. This role requires strong technical proficiency, BIM experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with site teams to support construction and resolve design-related technical queries.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and verify shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identifying deviations and preparing structured snag lists.
• Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure integrated and clash‑free design solutions.
• Support value engineering initiatives to improve technical efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain organized and updated technical documentation and compliance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch is mandatory)
• 2–3 years of experience in architecture or interior technical roles
• Hands-on experience with BIM Architecture; proficiency in Revit preferred
• Strong understanding of detailing, construction practices, and code compliance
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
