Junior Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Technical Business Analyst to support our team on a flexible basis. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, helping define, analyze, and document requirements for ongoing and new initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, SRDs, SOWs, and PRDs with accuracy and clarity.
• Write well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for client review.
• Attend sales calls to capture technical and functional requirements.
• Build client-facing presentations and solution proposals.
• Produce supporting collateral for the sales team (one-pagers, scope docs, feature summaries).
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation, research, and delivery workflows
• Conduct R&D to support pre-sales and new business efforts.
• Develop a working understanding of product architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally between product, engineering, and sales teams.
