Role Overview
This role is critical to our core business of staff augmentation, requiring you to source, vet, and secure high-caliber technical professionals needed for both short-term specialized projects and long-term managed service contracts in 50+ countries. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in recruiting technical talent globally and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume, and geographically diverse environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Precision Sourcing and Pipeline Management

Targeted Screening:
Proactively and precisely
screen potential IT technical profiles
globally against rigorous project requirements either short term and long term project appointments.

Pipeline Generation & SLA Adherence:
Generate robust pipelines of potential technical professionals to meet diverse project needs across 50+ countries. Strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding rates, time-to-fill, and accurate technical positioning for each project requirement.

Technical Validation:
Ensure deep alignment between candidate profiles and the detailed technical specifications and deployment contexts required by the client and the internal project teams.
2. Data Management and System Integrity

Profile Documentation:
Accurately and consistently update existing, new, and pipeline technical profiles within (ATS) and internal resource management software.

Comprehensive Data Capture:
Detailed candidate record information, including up-to-date skill sets, past project performance feedback, and all onboarding details related to their project deployment.
3. Tech Lifecycle Engagement
Tech Management:

Consent agreements
and contracting phases.Scheduling and preparation for client interviews.

Post-Deployment Engagement:
Keep in touch with technical professionals during their ongoing project duration, acting as the primary point of contact for non-technical support, engagement, and retention efforts while they work on client premises.

Parallel Alignment:
The Recruiter works in parallel with both the IT Technical Professional (candidate/contractor) and the Service Delivery Team (SDT) to ensure continuous alignment from selection through project completion.

Interview Scheduling Bridge:
Communication between the IT Technical Professional and the Service Delivery Team's internal and client interviewers.

Deployment & Project Handover:
The Recruiter ensures a smooth transition by aligning the IT Professional's availability, project fit, and logistical details with the SDT's project timeline and deployment requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year of technical recruitment experience while focusing on global/international roles (across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology
