Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Arabic Speaking candidate to join our team as Junior Technical Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment and staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial screening calls in Arabic and English
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Learn and understand technical job requirements (training will be provided)

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)
Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or staffing industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Arabic
