Junior Technician
Schrock Innovations is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Junior Technician to join our Lincoln Service Center team full-time. This entry-level position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in technology, and is excited to learn hands-on in a supportive service environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers at the Service Center (walk-in, phone call, or a scheduled home visit)
- Deliver quality customer service that makes the customer feel heard and supported
- Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to senior technicians
- Help customers understand their devices and proactively suggest ways to improve their technology
- Accurately document service events, including issue and resolution

What We’re Looking For:
- Available to work a full-time schedule, weekends included
- High School Diploma
- 1 year customer-facing experience (retail, tech support, service industry)
- A strong desire to solve problems and help others
- Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license to travel from the Service Center for home visits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that include standing, bending and kneeling
