Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (regional travel required)

About the role: The Junior Technician supports the service team in the maintenance and repair of laundry and hospitality equipment. This is a developing, hands-on role suited to a technically capable candidate who is eager to learn, assist senior technicians, and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians and engineers with servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks.

- Carry out basic diagnostics, part replacements, cleaning, and preventive maintenance under supervision.

- Support equipment installation and commissioning.

- Help maintain tools, spare parts, and service records.

- Follow safety procedures and company standards on all sites.

- Learn on the job and progressively take on more complex tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' hands-on technical experience in equipment service, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.

- Basic technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; exposure to laundry or kitchen equipment is a plus.

- ITI / trade certificate / technical schooling preferred.

- Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in field service.

- Practical, hands-on aptitude and good mechanical/electrical sense.

- Eager to learn, reliable, and hardworking.

- Good team player with a positive attitude.

Language

- Basic Arabic and/or English.

Additional Requirements

- Willing to be based in / relocate to Saudi Arabia.

- Driving licence an advantage.
