The Junior Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, qualifying prospects, and generating interest in the company's real estate projects. This entry-level role focuses on initial customer engagement and appointment setting for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Make outbound calls to leads from various marketing sources (digital ads, website inquiries, databases)
  • Conduct initial qualification based on budget, location preference, and purchase timeline
  • Gather and update accurate customer information in CRM system
  • Generate interest in projects through effective telephonic communication

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule site visits and meetings for Sales Consultants
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Send confirmation messages and follow-up reminders to prospects
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for qualified appointments

Database Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all call activities and outcomes
  • Update lead status and customer information in real-time
  • Follow up on pending leads as per defined timelines
  • Categorize leads based on interest level and readiness to purchase

Customer Service

  • Provide basic information about projects, pricing, and amenities
  • Handle initial queries and objections professionally
  • Direct complex queries to appropriate team members
  • Maintain positive brand image through courteous communication

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus but not mandatory

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages
  • Pleasant telephone manner with clear articulation
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Goal-oriented with ability to handle rejection positively
