Lead Generation & Qualification

Make outbound calls to leads from various marketing sources (digital ads, website inquiries, databases)
- Conduct initial qualification based on budget, location preference, and purchase timeline
- Gather and update accurate customer information in CRM system
Generate interest in projects through effective telephonic communication
Appointment Setting

Schedule site visits and meetings for Sales Consultants
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Send confirmation messages and follow-up reminders to prospects
Achieve daily/weekly targets for qualified appointments
Database Management

Requirements
Education & Experience
