- Tour Coordination & Operations
- Assist in organizing and operating group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) tours as per itinerary.
Guest Service & Communication
- Assist guests during arrival, departure, and throughout their stay (if assigned).
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support tour leaders and guides in ensuring guests receive accurate information and timely services.
Administrative Support
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining operations-related reports.
- Prepare tour expense reports and assist in reconciling invoices with the finance team.
- Support the Operations Manager in daily administrative and logistical tasks.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Communicate with sales, reservations, and accounts departments for smooth tour operations.
- Provide operational feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Support in preparing tour documents such as vouchers, itineraries, guest lists, and name tags.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity suppliers for confirmations and updates.
- Monitor daily tour activities to ensure smooth execution and handle minor issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tour files and records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of tour operations and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons.
