Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer having 0 - 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Advocate for the end-user in all design and development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
