Junior UI/UX Designer

Swishtag is looking for Junior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of six months of hands-on experience. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of Figma and a passion for designing intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to transform ideas into visually engaging and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web platforms using Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into user-friendly designs.
• Participate in user research and apply insights to improve usability and overall experience.
• Ensure consistency across all design elements and maintain design system standards.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help optimize team workflows.
• Stay updated about the UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory (including auto-layout, components, and prototyping).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt through feedback.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in crafting meaningful user experiences.
