Junior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating UI/UX designs for various digital projects, ensuring they are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Work alongside experienced designers and developers, contributing ideas and learning from industry professionals.
• Participate in user research activities to understand user needs and behaviors, applying these insights to design projects.
• Continuously develop design skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Assist in developing wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups under guidance.
• Learn to integrate feedback constructively and iterate designs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; previous experience upto 1 year in UI/UX design is a plus.
• A portfolio that showcases a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design skills.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.).
• A basic understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Relevant degree or coursework in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is advantageous.
