The Role:

As a Junior Video Editor, you will play an essential role in bringing creative concepts to life. This position is perfect for someone with a mix of artistic creativity and technical video editing skills. You will support the creation of visually engaging content that enhances our storytelling and connects with our audience. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of graphic and video design tools and work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing and producing high-quality videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Help in assembling raw footage and transforming it into engaging and visually appealing final videos.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize and execute video storytelling ideas.
• Work with a wide range of video and audio editing software and tools.
• Perform quality checks on videos to ensure there are no technical or visual errors.
• Implement revisions and feedback from supervisors or team leads.
• Support the creation of visual elements, such as transitions, sound design, and simple motion graphics, to enhance overall video quality.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Stay up to date with current trends, editing techniques, and technologies in video production to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and post-production.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, color correction, and grading techniques.
• Proven ability to edit engaging video content that effectively communicates ideas and connects with audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or other professional video editing tools.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail, pacing, and visual flow.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
