Creative Video Editor (Full-Time, Night Shift, In person)

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team on-site. This role is crucial for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging content across all our digital platforms.

• Type: Full-Time
• Timing: Evening Shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
• Pay Range: 80,000 to 100,000 (Based on experience and expertise)

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical skills, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of modern digital content formats. You will be responsible for editing everything from professional podcasts to viral short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Mastery: Create highly engaging, fast-paced short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for current social media trends.
• Long-Form Creation: Produce high-quality, polished long-form videos (e.g., YouTube videos, interviews, webinars, tutorials).
• Branding & Graphics: Integrate motion graphics, dynamic lower-thirds, custom transitions, captions, and essential branding elements into all video content.
• Content Repurposing: Efficiently break down long-form videos into multiple compelling micro-clips for maximum reach.
• Quality Control: Guarantee all outputs meet brand standards for tone, quality, messaging, and visual aesthetics.
• Media Management: Maintain rigorous organization of all media files, project assets, and backup archives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on content strategy, storyboarding, and project direction.

What You Bring

• Technical Proficiency: Solid command of industry-standard editing suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and similar tools.
• Post-Production Skills: Demonstrated ability in professional audio cleanup, sound syncing, and color correction.
• Digital Fluency: Strong grasp of contemporary social media video formats and evolving content trends.
• Work Ethic: Proven ability to manage workloads independently and deliver quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
